This website is run by Echoverse (Private) Limited, trading as ECHO, No. 273, Kahatapitiya – Market Rd, Gampola, Sri Lanka. This policy explains what happens to the details you send us.
What we collect
When you send a proposal request, a quick message, a studio booking or a job application, we receive what you type: your name, business, phone or email, and your answers about your project.
We do not use advertising trackers on this website. Your browser keeps your colour mode and any unfinished proposal answers on your own device until you send them or clear them.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a proposal or quote, arrange a booking or consider your application. We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Where it is kept
Requests are stored on the server that runs this website and can only be seen by the ECHO team, who sign in with a password and an optional second step.
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep project requests for as long as we are working with you. Requests that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Email official@echoverse.lk and we will do it within a few days.
